灣仔YORK PLACE3房 $41,000出租 同類單位租金較高位下調15%

中原地產灣仔囍匯分行副分區營業經理周世康表示，分行促成租賃成交單位為灣仔YORK PLACE高層3房A室，實用面積684平方呎，建築面積981平方呎。業主以$41,000將單位租出，折合平均實用呎租$60。同類單位租金曾高達$48,500，是次成交租金較高位下調15%。

業主於2018年以$2,080萬買入單位，持貨4年，租金回報2.4厘。
