港島3盤補地價逾4億

香港文匯報訊 (記者 顏倫樂) 信置2004年以約2.6億元向傅老榕家族購入的西半山干德道53號,剛獲地政總署批出契約修訂補地價約1.94億元,涉及交易樓面60,418方呎,即折合每方呎補地價約3,219元,項目計劃於明年年中發售。連同其餘兩個港島區豪宅盤亦獲批補地價,3盤合共補地價涉及4.2億元。

據了解,永光地產早年以2.37億元併購的南區舂坎角環角道16至18號項目,獲批契約修訂補地價約1.22億元,涉及交易樓面20,699方呎,每呎補地價約5,901元。項目前後總成本料約3.6億元,每呎樓面地價17,392元。發展商擬建4幢洋房,將於2016年落成,或以現樓形式出售。至於香島道43號愛寶園,批出1.08億元補地價,涉及樓面約17,997方呎,每呎補地價約6,008元。

新鴻基物流中心改裝豁免

另外,沙田新鴻基物流中心10月簽立特別豁免書,批准全幢改裝,可作資訊科技及電訊業用途。
