港島3盤補地價逾4億

香港文匯報訊 (記者顏倫樂) 信置2004年以約2.6億元向傅老榕家族購入的西半山干德道53號，剛獲地政總署批出契約修訂補地價約1.94億元，涉及交易樓面60,418方呎，即折合每方呎補地價約3,219元，項目計劃於明年年中發售。連同其餘兩個港島區豪宅盤亦獲批補地價，3盤合共補地價涉及4.2億元。

據了解，永光地產早年以2.37億元併購的南區舂坎角環角道16至18號項目，獲批契約修訂補地價約1.22億元，涉及交易樓面20,699方呎，每呎補地價約5,901元。項目前後總成本料約3.6億元，每呎樓面地價17,392元。發展商擬建4幢洋房，將於2016年落成，或以現樓形式出售。至於香島道43號愛寶園，批出1.08億元補地價，涉及樓面約17,997方呎，每呎補地價約6,008元。

新鴻基物流中心改裝豁免

另外，沙田新鴻基物流中心10月簽立特別豁免書，批准全幢改裝，可作資訊科技及電訊業用途。
