　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）港島區3月連錄多宗指標式商廈以破紀錄高價成交，吸引部分業主將物業推出市場善價而沽。

　仲量聯行發言人表示，上環皇后大道中181號新紀元廣場10樓全層現正推出市場放售，面積15,451平方呎，意向呎價16,500元，涉及金額2.549億元。按市值租金計算，該物業的租金回報可達3厘以上。

　另外，高力國際物業投資服務高級董事麥子興表示，中環皇后大道中萬利商業大廈招標出售，物業樓高22層，總面積約58,269平方呎，物業將於本月28日截標，市場估值約為5.2億元。據悉，地舖擁有約80呎特長門面，其中一舖租予咖啡室Pacific Coffee。同時，物業具有潛力改裝或重建成酒店或服務式住宅，租金收入可進一步提升。
