　手掃貨，大額一手豪宅成交明顯增加。市場消息指出，長實及港鐵合作的大圍極尚．盛世昨日售出10伙，平均呎價8,200元，其中一本地客斥資3,200萬元一次過買入3伙4房。

　此外，恒地於大圍的名家匯昨日亦售出1伙，為2樓A室，售價1,900萬元，嘉里於黃大仙現崇山亦售出1伙，售價約700萬元。

懿薈頂層複式沽7774萬

　至於永泰於九龍科發道懿薈前日以7,774萬元售出33樓B頂層複式戶，建築面積3,662呎，呎價21,228元。新地於太子道譽．港灣第2座45及46樓頂層複式戶剛以8,100萬元售出，建築面積3,251呎，呎價2.5萬元，創東九龍呎價新高，買家為內地客。

Lexington Hill複式戶獲預留

　此外，會德豐於西環的Lexington Hill上周五加推45至46樓複式戶，已獲買家預留，建築面積2,962呎，訂價5,928.7萬元，呎價20,016元，為該項目推出至今呎價及造價新高。

　至於金朝陽於銅鑼灣的曦巒於昨日起正式開放於銅鑼灣羅素街金朝陽中心的3個示範單位予公眾參觀，售樓處人潮暢旺，獲商界及外籍居港人士前來參觀。
