「港中發展」強拍旺角兩幢舊樓

香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）發展商「港中發展」約於09年開始收購旺角廣東道925至947號，最近並到土地審裁處申請強拍其中929號及931號，涉及地盤面積約2,056.4方呎，「港中發展」已收購其中80%業權。根據城規會資料，地盤被劃入「住宅(甲類)」用途，設80米高限，按地積比率9倍計算，日後可建樓面約18,508方呎。

據申請文件顯示，兩幢物業樓齡已58年，符合八成業權強拍門檻，現時為兩幢樓高5層的舊樓，地下作零售用途。申請人呈交的測量師報告顯示，地盤估值約7,175萬元。「港中發展」的名字，港人相對陌生，公司早年在東莞樟木頭發展御景花園，近年回流本港地產市場。
