　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）市場再錄大額地舖交易。消息指，銅鑼灣渣甸坊9至9A號的地舖，以1.8888億元易手。據悉，該舖面積約1,580方呎，現租戶為化妝品店，月租18.5萬元，租金回報1.18厘。市傳新買家為一名王姓資深投資者，但未知交易是在「辛辣招」之前或之後成交，若屬後者，則需繳交雙倍印花稅8.5%，即約1,605.48萬元，較之前需多付802.74萬元。

　另外，大埔運頭街20至26號地下連1至3樓錄易手，美聯旺舖營業董事朱志龍表示，物業總面積約24,800方呎，呎價約5,846元，成交金額約1.45億元。據悉，買家為現租客護老院，相信因看好該區發展潛力，預計租售價格將進一步上升，故轉租為買，作自用及長線投資之用，以抵銷日益上揚的租金。

　美聯旺舖營業董事蔡良其表示，該行獲業主委託位於中環利源東街1號全幢的放售工作，意向呎價約27,598元，物業總面積約5,435方呎，意向價約1.5億元。物業現為業主自用物業。地下為商舖，樓上屬商業樓宇，設有電梯，位置毗鄰港鐵站。
