清水灣傲瀧頂層戶$1,400萬沽 持貨7年跌價約37%

世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示,新近錄得清水灣傲瀧再錄蝕讓成交,單位為第1座頂層戶,實用面積968平方呎,屬3房連套房及儲物室間隔,望園景,單位叫價$1,450萬,終獲買家以$1,400萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,463,低市價5%。

廖振雄指出,原業主於2018年12月以$2,211萬購入上址,持貨7年至今沽售,賬面勁蝕$811萬,單位期內跌價約37%。
