香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）萬邦投資主席鍾明輝旗下上水彩園路9號工廈深港中心最新向城規會申請改裝為食肆、辦公室、商店及服務行業。大廈地盤面積63,195方呎，總樓面313,889方呎。申請文件顯示，大廈改裝後，地面及1樓會容納食肆及商店，2樓至6樓則為辦公室，現存建築物結構框架將會被保留，總樓面、高度及覆蓋率都不會增加。

錦田特賣場遭群起反對

另外，新地早前申請於錦田北興建一個40萬方呎樓面的「OUTLET」特賣場，諮詢期內收到逾300個意見，逾8成反對。有份反映意見的嶺南大學社會學及社會政策系助理教授蕭亮思指，發展會破壞生態環境，希望保該一帶的原始濕地生態。但亦有約18%的支持意見認為，申請可把閑置土地轉化為有價值而又利民的用途，而特賣場亦可為當區居民提供方便。
