發展商長實於今天的新聞發佈會內派發首批11伙大屋價單，從價單所見，平均呎價為7,852元，最低入場費為2,455萬，為23及26號大屋，建築面積為3,197平方呎，實用面積為2,484平方呎。長江實業執行董事趙國雄並表示，將於明天開賣，即供能享4%折讓，如以建築期付款，買家須於150天內共付20%樓價，餘下8成則在收樓後繳付，發展商預期為該項目入伙期為今年年底。

趙氐表示明天會開放示範單位予有興趣的買家參觀。
