美聯物業荃灣海濱花園分行市務經理鄭嘉邦表示，該行新近促成海濱花園7座低層E室，實用面積422平方呎，建築面積555平方呎，屬兩房單位，間隔實用，經雙方議價後，單位終以$532萬成交，折合實用呎價約$12,607，建築呎價約$9,586。

原業主於1998年以$210萬購入單位，持貨25年多，帳面獲利$322萬，期內升值逾1.5倍。
