個舊樓項目進行強制拍賣，以統一業權重建發展。最新項目來自旗下已集合82.4%業權的灣仔活道13、13A及15號，公司向土地審裁處申請強拍。此前恒地已完成旁邊活道17號的收購，預料兩地將合併發展，地盤面積將擴大至逾6,000方呎，以8.5倍地積比率發展，可建商住樓面超過5.1萬方呎。

地盤面積4千呎估值2.9億

據了解，恒地等透過東滿有限公司提交申請，入紙申請涉及活道13、13A及15號地盤，地盤面積約4,000方呎，恒地持有項目82.4%業權。據測量師對未重建前的估值高達2.93億元。資料指，項目鄰近集成中心，現址為1幢6層高舊樓，1樓至5樓為住宅，樓齡約54年。
