活道舊樓恒地申強拍

個舊樓項目進行強制拍賣,以統一業權重建發展。最新項目來自旗下已集合82.4%業權的灣仔活道13、13A及15號,公司向土地審裁處申請強拍。此前恒地已完成旁邊活道17號的收購,預料兩地將合併發展,地盤面積將擴大至逾6,000方呎,以8.5倍地積比率發展,可建商住樓面超過5.1萬方呎。

地盤面積4千呎 估值2.9億

據了解,恒地等透過東滿有限公司提交申請,入紙申請涉及活道13、13A及15號地盤,地盤面積約4,000方呎,恒地持有項目82.4%業權。據測量師對未重建前的估值高達2.93億元。資料指,項目鄰近集成中心,現址為1幢6層高舊樓,1樓至5樓為住宅,樓齡約54年。
