波叔逾2億購銅鑼灣舖

波再度擸貨，消息指，銅鑼灣利園山道61至73號寶榮大樓地下G、H號舖，面積約1,800方呎，新近以約2.08億元易主，折合呎價高逾11.5萬元，新買家為鄧成波。據了解，該舖位在三年前已開始放售，當時叫價達4.2億元，但因舖市由高峰期下滑，故原業主亦減價2.12億元或逾五成沽出，原業主在1967年以24.9萬元購入，現時仍大賺逾2億元。

據了解，舖位目前由眼鏡店「尊貴視力」承租，月租約41.6萬元，租約期至2018年，新買家可享2.4厘回報。據了解，「尊貴視力」為鄧成波之子鄧耀輝於1995年創立的品牌，是次鄧氏入貨，變相買入自用。
