油麻地舖拆售呎價試20萬

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 市場拆售潮不斷，針對市區地舖難求，市傳由資深投資者尹伯權持有的油麻地彌敦道534至538號嘉榮大廈地下3號舖推出拆售，共拆出28個蚊型舖位，當中25間舖位建築面積均為68方呎，實用面積只有34方呎，其餘3間建築面積介乎416至428方呎，舖位叫價介乎850萬至8,320萬元，建築面積呎價介乎12.5萬元至20萬元。若呎價20萬元舖位成交，將成為油麻地舖市新指標。

　另外，港置林偉文表示，油麻地上海街375至379號地下連1至2樓5,6及7號舖放售，地舖面積850方呎，1樓及2樓面積各佔2,521方呎，總樓面面積5,892方呎，業主意向金額1.1億元，呎價18,669元，連同食肆租約一併放售。
