香港文匯報訊安全工業大廈目前正公開招標形式出售。該物業位於九龍油塘四山街28號，地盤面積約22,180平方呎，總建築樓面約157,000平方呎，現時物業為八層高之工業大廈，面向香港旅遊熱點鯉魚門海鮮美食村。城市規劃作「住宅(戊類)」，可補地價以申請重建為住宅或酒店等用地。

油塘本屬傳統工業區，但政府近年不斷投放資源把該區重新規劃，不少住宅項目相繼落成，包括 Peninsula East、Ocean One、鯉灣天下及嘉賢居等。第一太平戴維斯九龍工業及商業銷售部主管蕭兆新表示，九龍東物業市場仍熾熱，早前新蒲崗正華工業大廈及觀塘瑞安工業大廈已先後易手。

另外，因工廈活化政策將要完結，眾多全幢工業業主紛紛把握最後申請階段趕上尾班車，期望將物業增值。近數月來，雖然很多投資者處於觀望狀態，但市場仍不乏成交。

第一太平戴維斯稱目前獲眾多查詢，該物業的截標日期為2016年1月15日(星期五)中午。
