沙田翠華花園議價後以$358萬獲承接

中原地產河畔花園分行經理曾展鵬表示，日前錄得沙田翠華花園A座高層08室，實用面積215平方呎，建築面積330平方呎，原叫價$378萬，議價後以$358萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$16,651。

中原曾展鵬表示，原業主於2017年以$358萬入市上址，持貨5年，是次沽出單位賬面平手離場。
