世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示，該行新近促成沙田晴碧花園成交，單位為1座中層H室，實用面積601平方呎，3房連套房，座向西北，原叫價$860萬，後減至$836萬(自由市場價) 獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,910。

據了解，原業主於2012年12月購入上述單位，當時作價$450萬(已補地價)，持貨逾9年至今沽售，賬面獲利$386萬，單位期內升值86%。
