世紀21奇豐物業沙田豪宅分行區域經理李仕明表示，該行新近錄得沙田文禮閣3座頂層戶，實用面積637平方呎，屬3房間隔，放盤1年，叫價$950萬，累減$170萬至$780萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$12,245。

據了解，原業主於2005年1月以$223萬購入上址，持貨18年至今易手，賬面獲利$557萬，單位期內升值2.5倍。
