世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近錄得沙田愉田苑愉逸閣(E座) 低層05室成交，單位實用面積548平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向東南，望園景，放盤1個月，原叫價$580萬，減$15萬至$565萬(自由市場價) 成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,310。

據了解，原業主於2013年7月以$395萬(已補地價) 購入上址，其後於2022年8月以$695萬由兩人名轉一人名，持貨逾10年至今沽售，預料獲利甚豐。
