中原地產沙田第一城分區營業經理侯惠良表示，日前促成沙田廣林苑B座低層13室，單位實用面積543平方呎，建築面積719平方呎，3房間隔，議價後以$400萬(居二市場價)成交，實用面積平均呎價$7,366。

據了解，原業主則於1989年以32.8萬元購入單位，持貨約33年，是次沽出單位獲利約$367.2萬離場，單位升值約11倍。
