沙田偉華中心2房$400萬連租約獲承接

美聯物業-吳立輝經理表示，成交單位為沙田偉華中心2座高層H室，實用面積297平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位5日前以$408萬放售，區內收租客獲經紀知會屋苑有$400萬左右放盤，即時決定落訂議價，獲經紀送票至機場予原業主，最終以$400萬連租約承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$13,468，整個過程極速於兩小時內完成。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年4月以$350萬購入上址，持貨9年，帳面獲利$50萬。
