　中原(工商舖)麥惠良表示，單位建築面積約650平方呎，成交價約428萬元，呎價約6,585元，創該廈有紀錄新高。

　買家為一名韓籍商人，早前曾租用尖沙咀星光行，近期因單位租約期滿，遂決定轉租為買。

物業兩年升值1.5倍

　據了解，原業主從事內地貿易生意，於2009年以約172萬元購入自用，持貨約2年，今次轉售獲利約256萬元，物業升值近一倍半。
