香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）股票市場持續波動，特式新型工廈成為近期追捧對象，嘉利地產旗下的葵涌工廈樓花-星星中心趁勢推售，其中一宗頂層特色戶以約445萬元售出，呎價9,388元，買家為上市公司股東。

中原(工商舖)工商部董事郭楚華表示，剛成交單位為葵涌業成街星星中心頂層21樓12室，面積約474方呎，成交價約445萬元，呎價約9,388元。該特色戶享有232呎的私人平台，物業可享優美城市景及山景。據悉，買家為上市公司股東，將作自用。該盤於短短兩日內已沽出近66伙，為集團帶來近2億元賣樓收入，成交單位主要位於中低層，買家以投資者及用家各佔一半。

星星中心位處葵涌業成街16至18號，屬嘉利地產旗下工廈樓花項目，樓高19層，由地下至21樓，不設4、13及14樓，每層約15個單位，面積由約200方呎至700多方呎，售價約150萬元起，平均呎價約6,800元。
