香港文匯報訊由中原(工商舖)負責招標出售的銅鑼灣禮頓道9至11號合誠大廈全幢，自推出市場後，已獲4組準買家積極洽購中，當中兩組為中資企業。中原(工商舖)何潔釵表示，項目意向價約14.5億元，物業以現況連租約出售。物業樓高22層，地盤面積約3,393方呎，全幢總面積48,101呎。現時已獲4組準買家積極洽購中，買家中不乏中資財團、基金公司及本地投資者等，不排除於截標前可達成初步協議。何氏指，該物業將罕有地以全幢形式連命名權一併出售，加上現時出租率接近100%，業主買入物業後即可坐享理想的租金回報，適合長線投資者作收租投資用途。何氏補充，銅鑼灣區鮮有全幢商廈出售，對上一宗成交要追溯至2013年耀華街38號BIGFOOT(現為ZING)。
