香港文匯報訊　美聯工商助理營業董事盧創輝表示，本行獨家代理觀塘大業街鴻盛工業大廈1樓至12樓連天台招標事宜。物業總放售面積約39,608方呎，佔全幢大廈的業權逾85%。盧創輝續指，物業將於8月初截標，預料不乏長線投資客捧場。市場消息指，過去三個月，同樣位於九龍區的大角咀惠立工業大廈均為全幢放售物業，成交呎價逾6,700元。
