樓市速遞：甜品店月租10.5萬駐耀華街

香港文匯報訊中原(工商舖)梁偉傑表示，鄰近時代廣場、OLIV及金朝陽中心二期MIDTOWN的銅鑼灣耀華街租務氣氛熾熱，其中25號地舖剛獲甜品店以月租10.5萬元進駐開設分店，按該舖位面積約778方呎計，平均呎租約135元。

梁氏指，銅鑼灣零售飲食業發展成熟，新近有多幢銀座式食廈落成。以耀華街為例，近年地舖呎租節節上升，平均已由2010年的90元升至現時130元左右水平，預計舖位租金價格將平穩向上發展。
