香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）老牌酒家新光酒樓早前委託韋堅信測量師行公開招標葵涌和宜合道葵星中心地下93-95號連高層地下舖位以及荃灣荃景圍86號荃灣中心地下G3舖，面積分別50,024方呎及18,304方呎，意向價約4.8億元及1.4億元。該行昨日公布，截標日期由9月30日順延至10月15日。
