香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）住宅淡市之下投資者「無肉食」，過往以投資「凶宅」知名的資深投資者伍冠流，近期吼半契物業，新近更轉向工廈項目。消息指，伍氏以760萬元買入九龍灣鴻力工業中心A座地下3號地廠的半份業權，單位建築面積約1,578方呎。

伍冠流答覆本報查詢時指，正計劃與另一半業權人商討如何行使業權，不排除買下對方業權，或共同出租，或各自使用半邊面積等方案。

市場人士指，該項物業呎價可達1.75萬元，市值至少2,760萬元起，以今次半份業權計算，買家以五折半入貨。
