( By Su Hongqiang) Hot transaction of small-medium cost property drove up Hong Kong property price to latest peak, and the latest Centa-City Leading Index (CCL) which reflects property price trend is 123.36, up to the highest in 68 weeks and just less 0.3 than historical peak of 123.66. CCL (small-medium property) among is 122.12, up 0.19% by week, which had broke the historical highest record for two weeks; While CCL (large property) is 126.93, down 1.03% by week. Property price of small-medium house rises to the highest level again.
