業主移民急讓筲箕灣東熹苑累減$158萬至綠表價$450萬沽

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東熹苑華熹閣(C座) 中層11室成交，實用面積606平方呎，3房間隔，座向東南，屋內採光度十足，單位於去年放盤，原開價$608萬，業主移民前再調整叫價至$558萬，最終獲綠表買家以$450萬(未補地價) 沽出，累減$158萬，實用面積平均呎價$7,426。

世紀21溢榮郭少玲續指，是次成交價屬低價成交，對上同類型單位於9月份以$500萬沽出，跌幅約1成。原業主於1996年以$142萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨26年至今易手，賬面獲利$308萬，單位期內升值近2.2倍。
