香港文匯報訊港島區寫字樓近月呎價連番破頂，新近錄得一宗創新高成交。由英皇集團主席楊受成胞弟楊超成持有的中環德輔道中141號中環中保集團大廈單位近日沽出，成交呎價約1.75萬元，創該廈呎價新高。

持貨8個月升值逾三成

美聯商業營業董事甘廣然稱，物業總面積約5,003平方呎(未核實)，以8,780萬元沽出，折合每平方呎約17,549元。楊超成於去年5月以6,700萬元購入上址，持貨不足一年，賬面獲利約2,080萬元，物業升值逾3成。
