楊屋道地皮諮詢 24申述僅1支持

 道地皮,佔地16.15萬方呎,城規會早前改劃為「綜合發展區7」,日後作商住用途,可供應約788伙。不過諮詢兩個月接獲24個申述,幾乎全數反對,只得1個支持意見。反對來自立法會議員陳桓鑌、環保觸覺、康睦庭園第1座、第2座居民等,認為要降低地積比率由7倍至3倍或4.8倍,並取消商業樓宇,只建1幢住宅物業等。

江達可商廈申改酒店

 另外,「燈芯絨大王」江達可旗下長沙灣青山道476號百佳商業中心,地盤面積約1萬方呎,向城規會申請改裝成酒店,總樓面14.54萬方呎,可供應290個房間。

 新界東北發展方案受到各方關注,香港測量師學會昨就方案提出建議,認為政府應提高私樓比例,並提高古洞北市中心發展密度,又指新方案中建議之換地準則,尤其是時間上之限制,極有可能令申請換地未能順利進行,政府最終可能需要收回極大部分規劃為私營發展之用地。
