　道地皮，佔地16.15萬方呎，城規會早前改劃為「綜合發展區7」，日後作商住用途，可供應約788伙。不過諮詢兩個月接獲24個申述，幾乎全數反對，只得1個支持意見。反對來自立法會議員陳桓鑌、環保觸覺、康睦庭園第1座、第2座居民等，認為要降低地積比率由7倍至3倍或4.8倍，並取消商業樓宇，只建1幢住宅物業等。

江達可商廈申改酒店

　另外，「燈芯絨大王」江達可旗下長沙灣青山道476號百佳商業中心，地盤面積約1萬方呎，向城規會申請改裝成酒店，總樓面14.54萬方呎，可供應290個房間。

　新界東北發展方案受到各方關注，香港測量師學會昨就方案提出建議，認為政府應提高私樓比例，並提高古洞北市中心發展密度，又指新方案中建議之換地準則，尤其是時間上之限制，極有可能令申請換地未能順利進行，政府最終可能需要收回極大部分規劃為私營發展之用地。
