香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）家夢控股（8101）宣佈，向兩名獨立賣方全面收購持有香港中保集團大廈23樓全層的目標公司股份，連同股東貸款，代價1.58億元，呎價14,921元。代價將以該集團的內部資源及外部借款撥付。該物業原業主為賭王四太梁安琪。家夢控股以轉讓公司股份形式進行買賣，可節省約1,343萬元雙倍印花稅。

中保集團大廈位於香港德輔道中141號、干諾道中73號及機利文街61至65號，是商用辦公大樓，今次家夢購入的23樓建築面積約10,589方呎。該物業已按三份租賃協議，租予獨立於公司及其關連人士的第三方，現有租約的每月租金合共26.38萬元。該物業並無受限於任何按揭或貸款安排。

集團表示，對香港核心區域物業市場的長遠前景感到樂觀，收購事項是集團投資商用物業的好機會。集團擬持有該物業，為其辦事處及作投資用途，或出租該物業以收取租金收入。

根據土地註冊處資料顯示，四太梁安琪於2007年向裕泰興家族購入該層單位，造價6,300萬元，今次轉手獲利9,500萬元，升值1.5倍。
