林子峰去年1月斥8.86億元向泓富產業(0808)連租約方式購入紅磡海名軒3層位於3、5及6樓商業樓面,總樓面約77,021方呎,呎價11,503元。早前,市場有消息指林子峰放售3層商業樓面,是次以11.6億元造價易手,每呎樓面15,061元,林子峰或有關人士不足年半賬面賺31%或2.74億元。
