港仔裕輝商業中心昨日拆售73個寫字樓單位及3個商舖，當中22伙連同3個地舖獲認購預留，套現1.548億元。現時尚餘51個寫字樓單位，意向呎價約11,250元起，入場費約360萬元起。

香港仔裕輝360萬入場

中原(工商舖)工商部高級區域營業董事盧偉德表示，今次可供出售的寫字樓單位共73個，面積約285方呎(未核實)至全層約2,270方呎(未核實)不等，每層共6個單位，當中2個單位(即01及06室)設內置洗手間。

他又指，上周四開放示範單位，短短4天已獲買家預留22個寫字樓單位，總成交金額逾1.038億元。當中，有2組大手買家預留相連單位，分別購入1303及1304室(建築面積約610方呎)，成交價約820.5萬元，呎價約13,450元；以及1905至1906室(建築面積約860方呎)，成交價1,044.65萬元，折合呎價約12,147元。據悉，兩組買家均有意購入作自用。

至於項目內可供出售的3個地舖，亦獲區內投資者認購，為04至06號舖，總面積約1,600方呎，以約5,100萬元易手。資料顯示，舖位每月租金收入共約11萬元，租金回報約2.5厘。
