東亞賣舖 45年升值52倍

舖位以求減省成本。據土地註冊處資料顯示,筲箕灣道307號地下A、B號相連地舖,作價4,310萬元易主,物業樓面合共1,681方呎,折合呎價約2.56萬元。資料顯示,東亞銀行早於1971年以79.48萬元購入物業,持貨至今物業大幅升值逾52倍。

另外,旺角彌敦道777至781號安寶樓地下、一樓及二樓B1號舖,現正以1.7億元放售,總面積10,500方呎。美聯旺舖伍賢明表示,舖位原由雅居樂非執行董事陳卓南等人在2010年以5,830萬元購入,於2014年底以2.5億元連同灣仔天樂里及西環德輔道中物業一併售予資深投資者蔡志忠等人。

彌敦道萬呎舖1.7億放售

據了解,上述物業地舖面積約500方呎,一樓及二樓面積均分別約5,000方呎。其中,一樓由特色餐廳以每月26萬元租用,二樓則由知名食府大紅袍以每月18萬元租用。
