會德豐地產與祥祺集團於昨日為紅磡One HarbourGate東座甲級寫字樓及商舖舉行移交儀式，並正式命名為「祥祺中心」A座及B座，祥祺將以此作為香港營運總部及作為長期投資物業。
祥祺於今年7月以45億元購入One HarbourGate全幢東座商廈及東座商舖。東座寫字樓樓高15層，樓面面積25.4萬方呎，東座商舖樓高兩層，樓面面積2.6萬方呎。
至於項目全幢西座商廈及西座商舖於去年11月以58.5億元售予中國人壽保險（海外），物業已順利移交。
