香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴) 本港暴力衝突升級，零售業大受打擊，舖位業主要大劈價才能有承接。市場消息指，旺角太平道5號華欣閣地下10號舖，原業主早前以1,400萬元放售，由於這地段始終人流較少，放盤多月仍未能售出，業主最終願意一減再減，近日以1,028萬元易手，累減372萬元(減幅達27%)，以商舖面積約300方呎計，呎價約3.43萬元。

該舖位現租予外傭中介公司，月租約2.8萬元，租期至2020年4月，即新買家可享租金回報3.3厘。原業主於2005年10月以350萬元購入，持貨14年，賬面獲利678萬元，物業升值1.9倍。
