香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）時富金融（0510）昨日宣佈，以1.405億元出售觀塘海濱道135至137號宏基資本大廈21樓全層連4個車位，總樓面12,007方呎，呎價11,702元，買家為信義玻璃集團之非全資附屬公司至運環球公司，該等物業目前空置。

時富金融指出，有鑑於物業已升值，加上近期經濟展望暗淡，本地物業市場預期會進一步下滑以及出售事項帶來預期所得款項，可增強財務狀況及流動資金。預計出售事項之所得款項淨額將為約 8,640萬元，出售事項之所得款項淨額將撥作該集團之流動資金。
