星星中心兩周去貨九成

香港文匯報訊　利嘉閣（工商舖）朱亮恒表示，葵涌業成街新工廈項目星星中心開售至今約兩星期，已合共售出約260個單位。當中，16個特色連平台單位更已售出15伙，其呎價介乎7,500元至10,000元之間，反映該類特色單位大受市場追捧。

星星中心開售以來反應熱烈，目前已售逾九成單位，整體物業分層平均呎價約6,810元，個別分層呎價更高達8,350元。項目買家國際化，分別有來自東南亞、韓國、法國、中國內地及本地的上市公司等，涉及職業包括機師、律師、建築師等。

項目近日成為市場焦點，由於單位入場費便宜，由儲物室的約120萬元起至分層單位的約220萬元，項目兼具投資及自用價值，加上享有4.9米的特高樓底，故吸引各方投資者進駐；朱亮恒相信，項目餘下約20多個單位料於數日內沽清。
