　香港文匯報訊　近期九龍區焦點放在九龍東，尖沙咀商廈呎價落後大市，因而吸引不少投資者注目，尖沙咀東明輝中心全層單位剛告易手，成交價約8,800萬元，買家料有逾4.4厘的租金回報。

　中原(工商舖)寫字樓部高級營業董事麥偉嫦表示，該行新近促成明輝中心10樓全層的買賣成交個案，成交價約8,800萬元，建築面積以11,102平方呎計算，折合呎價約7,926元。買家為投資者，作長線投資。
