明生工廈1348萬易手

香港文匯報訊 近年九龍東漸漸成為新核心發展區,促使觀塘區成交熾熱,區內的大單位亦成為搶手盤之一,吸納不少投資者競爭大單位面積樓盤。因此觀塘區工廈樓價升值潛力穩步上揚。

萊斯物業客戶經理徐偉揚表示,日前促成位於觀塘興業街19號明生工業大廈中層單位成交,一梯兩伙,總面積約3,450方呎,成交價為1,348萬元,平均呎價約3,907元。原業主於1975年以21萬元購入,持貨40年,賬面獲利1,327萬元。

徐偉揚指,隨着工廈日漸美化,九龍東的工商物業投資升值潛力穩步攀升,不但造就市場興旺,區內優質工廈更見搶手。沙中線和郵輪碼頭日漸成熟,呎價仍會持續升騰,預料觀塘區前景愈見光明,區內工廈租金亦日漸上揚。
