　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 土地註冊處資料顯示，香港鞋業總會會長梁日昌以2.5億元購入旺角新填地街423號豪東酒店。新買家為寰高國際有限公司，公司董事為林進琪及梁日昌。原業主2007年7月以2,900萬元購入地皮，並自資發展成商務酒店，總樓面面積3.1萬方呎，提供50個酒店房，以2.5億元計算，每間房間平均價500萬元。

　該處資料又顯示，荃灣有線電視大樓19樓以8,500萬元易手，面積35,714方呎，呎價2,380元。新買家為弘龍置業有限公司，公司董事為何建文及溫艷娟。原業主於2010年7月以6,600萬元購入，持貨約2年帳面獲利1,900萬元或28.8%。
