旗下同區工廈完成補地價

貿地皮地價新高之餘,地政總署昨日同時公佈,其旗下長沙灣懷德工業大廈以11.227億元完成契約修訂補地價,可以轉作商業/住宅用途,交易涉及樓面約19.4萬方呎,按此計算其每方呎補地價約5,786元。

據悉,地皮鄰近元州邨,樓齡約50年,2013年5月曾以6.5億元易手,現劃作「住宅(戊類)2」用途,商住物業則能以9倍地積比率發展。

此外,黃竹坑一幅近53萬方呎地皮,獲地政總署批出10.25億元的補地價金額,作黃竹坑站及鐵路維修車廠用途。另外,元朗大棠一個住宅項目亦以逾2.98億元完成補地價。
