施永青減磅放創紀之城

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）近期東九龍商廈及地盤交投熾熱，有投資者趁高位減磅套現。中原陳錦倫表示，由施永青基金持有的觀塘創紀之城3期21樓全層，面積約8,140方呎，意向呎價約10,000元，涉資約8,140萬元。物業以連租約形式放售，租約期至2016年9月。基金於2012年以約7,000萬元買入項目，倘以意向價沽出，物業升值16%。

另一邊廂，市場消息指，由資深投資者楊渭生持有的金鐘統一中心2樓2003至2006號舖，新近以約1.09億元成交，涉及樓面約4,267方呎，折合呎價達25,545元，目前由花旗銀行租用。至於新買家，有指是有「物流張」之稱的投資者張順宜。
