香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）由投資者莊明持貨多年的北角英皇道278至288號新時代廣場一共51個舖位，近期拆售，平均呎價約1.1萬元，比早前中建電訊拆售的北角城市金庫售價平一半，單位售價由約99萬至300多萬元，由上周開售至今已售出3個舖位，每個售價均為99萬元。

美聯旺舖營業董事何漢明表示，此51個舖位的面積約100至359方呎，平均呎價約10,900元，售價則約99至300餘萬元，大部分已獲商戶進駐，業主亦為買家提供2年6厘的租金回報保證，與炮台山港鐵站只相隔約3分鐘的步行距離。
