新地補價逾4千萬 新蒲崗建銀座商廈

香港文匯報訊 (記者 顏倫樂) 新地銳意發展其東九龍王國,新蒲崗一帶屬於「開拓重鎮」。旗下新蒲崗爵祿街協力工業大廈計劃發展銀座式商廈,2011年完成約1.56億元的補價後,最近再與地政總署達成協議。地政總署公布,項目再就契約修訂補地價4,241萬元。計算項目前後補地價合共1.9845億元。

旗下聯泰工廈獲批改裝

另外,新地同系葵涌葵昌路聯泰工業大廈,去年11月完成契約修訂補地價712萬元後,新近再獲地政總署簽立特別豁免書,批准全幢改裝,可作用途包括食肆、教育機構、辦公室、私人會所等等。據之前發展商透露,項目將命名「活@KCC」,總樓面約10萬方呎,樓高10層,預計零售及服務商戶佔70%,30%為餐飲,預料於2015年中落成。另外,觀塘偉業街166 嘉靈大廈亦准全幢改裝,可作辦公室用途。
