　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 新地向土地審裁處申請強拍西半山堅道18號格蘭大廈，為年內第41宗申請。新地已收購地盤約94.4444%業權，餘下業權主要涉及遺產等問題未能收購。據悉，格蘭大廈地盤面積2,973.966方呎，測量師報告指市值約1.1883億元。新地去年11月亦強拍毗鄰的堅信大廈，兩廈合併發展地盤擴充至約17,087方呎，曾批則可建1幢40層高住宅連會所，總樓面約13.84萬方呎。
