新世界2.85億售其士商業中心17樓

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）新世界發展(0017)昨公佈，其全資附屬公司與集團非執行副主席杜惠愷佔多數控制權的豐盛機電(0331)訂立協議，將出售九龍灣宏開道8號其士商業中心17樓，交易代價2.85億元。

該物業交易附一份租約，租期為三年，直至2018年7月31日，月租62.8萬元，附屬公司與租客於今年9月28日已訂立退租協議，內容有關於今年10月31日退回該物業。新世界發展主席鄭家純實益擁有豐盛創建 18%權益，而豐盛創建則持有豐盛機電75%權益。

另外，遠見控股(0862)昨公佈，將收購香港雲咸街44號雲咸商業中心的寫字樓及車位，總代價6,236萬元。該物業現有兩份租約，每份固定年期兩年，自今年10月1日起至2018年9月30日止，合共的總租金收入為每月140,852元。
