新世界2.5億售其士中心物業

新世界發展(0017)昨日公佈，以2.58億元出售Dragon Merchant Limited全部權益予豐盛創建，該出售的公司目前持有九龍灣其士商業中心8樓物業。

豐盛創建為新世界發展非執行副主席杜惠愷佔多數控制權的公司，主席鄭家純亦持有豐盛創建18%權益，故屬關連交易。集團指，該出售物業非核心投資物業，故出售可提供機會套現，所得款項將用作一般營運資金。

該物業寫字樓單位第1-10號及20號月租為31.3萬元，租期至今年11月15日；而寫字樓單位第11-19號月租約為29.43萬元，租期至今年10月31日，租客亦已行使續約選擇權，惟續約租金仍待磋商。

許漢忠任新創建副行政總裁

另外，新創建(0659)公佈，委任機管局前行政總裁許漢忠為副行政總裁兼執行董事，下月1日起生效。合約期3年，連同花紅的年度薪酬約810萬元。而行董事林煒瀚將調任非執行董事，明日1月1日起生效，屆時將不再擔任執行委員會成員。
