　文化地標投資宣布，訂立臨時買賣協議，售出旗下加拿芬道25至31號國際商業信貸銀行大廈3樓及4樓(連平台)，單位實用面積約9,874平方呎，平台面積為1,626平方呎，成交價1.01億元。物業現為空置，公司將售後租回，租期由2012年5月1日至2013年8月31日，月租32.4萬元。原業主於3月31日以9,000萬元購入，持貨約9個月獲利1,100萬元。
